Three differentiated areas in relation to our products headed by “Product owners” responsible for ensuring the quality and control of these, the scrum masters or project managers, which will filter and will be responsible for all direct communications with customers … etc…
These are definitely new developments that will undoubtedly require a period of adaptation for the established teams and are intended to optimise processes, giving even greater independence and security to the current methodology applied in terms of communication and workflows.
In conclusion, continuity for a growth that has been accompanying the group not only in terms of facilities, technology and personnel, but also in terms of modernity and confidence in techniques such as scrum, already imposed in large companies with guarantees for the future and quantifiable results.
