Javier Mérida is Managing Director of P3 Logistic Parks in Spain and is part of the Group’s Management Team. Previously at P3, Javier held the position of Head of Asset Management & Acquisition for the Spanish market for nearly 4 years.
Javier has extensive experience in the logistics and real estate sector, having worked for large companies such as SAVILLS REIM, BNP Paribas Real Estate or TPG Almindus.
Javier holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Complutense University of Madrid and an MBA with first class honours from the IEB.
