Wayzim’s 2D bulk flow singulator, which JHernando distributes in Spain and Portugal, uses the WZ-GE industrial cameras as its key components. Empowered by self-developed image processing technology and deep learning technology, the system can locate parcels accurately in real time. In addition, the software is linked with the control system, so that different control units of the system can automatically singulate, gap, and align parcels. In this way, the disorderly parcels are in a singular row according to the set distance and enter the subsequent automated sorting equipment in sequence.
