Our Fleet Manager is the brain of any logistics operation, uniting mobile transport robots, forklifts, tugger trains, and even human workers into a cohesive ecosystem. It integrates and monitors all participants while optimizing mobile robot operations with intelligent charging and parking scheduling. With plug-and-play functionality, it allows for easy integration without extensive technical expertise.
Integration Levels:
We offer three levels of robot integration:
Consulting: Gain insights with technical experts.
Initial Integration: Software setup, environment testing, and requirement checks.
Final Testing: Conducted either at ARENA2036 or at the customer’s facility.
Our system supports a wide range of mobile robots, including AGVs, AMRs, LMRs, and cobots, as well as other industrial components like gates, fire alarms, elevators, and traffic lights. Existing software, such as ERP, can also be integrated. Using various localization technologies, forklifts, tugger trains, and even people are seamlessly added to the system.
Monitoring Features:
Fleet Manager localizes and monitors all participants’ positions. Mobile robots require no additional hardware—everything is software-based. Manually driven vehicles can be automated and monitored via NAiSE RTLS, while forklifts with terminals can be localized, controlled, and assigned tasks. Worker locations are tracked for operational transparency.
If errors occur with mobile robots, an MQTT protocol alerts workers for quick resolution.
Visualization and Optimization:
The 3D plant representation offers a clear view of the facility, adapting to changes without disrupting functionality. NAiSE Charging and Parking enables intuitive integration of charging stations into facility maps. AI-driven algorithms prevent congestion by scheduling robot charging and parking efficiently.
This streamlined solution enhances logistics operations by providing full integration, intelligent monitoring, and advanced error detection.
