High speed sorting system based in the mechanical crossbelt sorter technology developed by our main partner, Interroll, capable of sort up to 12,000 packages per hour, received from different areas, as automated crossdocking and full case areas located in the main warehouse.
The crossdocking area is located in the group floor and is formed by ergonomic workstations with lift tables, and scanning and labeling systems for the data treatment of small and irregular boxes. On the other hand, there are several picking areas for units and full case picking, which has pick to ligh and RF technology.
All products are injected to the main crossbelt sorter which sort all products to different ramps, which have free and drive rollers.
The control system, made with Siemens technology ASI-Profinet, have a two-way communication with the existing WMS, and can be configured with a omni-directional scanning system, and volumetric system.
