We know that digital transformation has become a growing trend in companies. Therefore, investments in training for people in the logistics field have become a necessity to improve the competitiveness of organizations at a time when technology advances at the speed of light. In this sense, gamification has become a fundamental tool to improve the learning and motivation of people and teams. The article “Gamification in Learning and Education: Enjoyment as a Mediator,” published in the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health in 2021, demonstrates how gamification can increase motivation and the ability to retain information.
