You will be accountable for sales of Residential portfolio in ELSB / ELSP divisions in Mallorca (Islas Baleares), driving sales volumes and margins.

SDM is the tactical interface to ensure execution of IT Domain service delivery to Business Area, Division, Country Lead Business and GBS IS Domains for a country.
Main contact point for country customer able to embrace their requests End-to-End (E2E) despite the complex solution and not easy integration points they may have.
Ensures financial/operational transparency and reliability for IT Domain services (not limited to) towards key stakeholders
Ensures overall business satisfaction with existing IT Domain services.

You will execute service work with ABB ELECTRIFICATION SOLUTIONS UPS BUSINESS in MADRID/SPAIN/EMEA. Reporting to the AGUSTIN FERNANDEZ, you will act as the technical point person between customers and extended ABB teams.

You will be the provider of technical support for Service in Motors and Generators Spain. Reporting to the Workshop Manager, your hands-on experience and knowledge of customer needs will help you not only to build strong customer relationships, but also to identify new business opportunities.

Job responsibilities:
1. in the pre-sales segment of the project, cooperate with the company’s sales staff, and Party A’s use of the department, equipment department or IT department for technical requirements docking;
2. in the pre-sale of the project, to complete the company based on self-developed vision navigation unmanned forklift/tractor system of warehouse logistics automation solutions;
3. in the project bidding process, based on the solution, complete the project technical standard writing, the core content includes: project programme, product selection, technical parameters, acceptance methods, time nodes, etc.;
4. in the project bidding process, to assist the company’s sales staff to explain the contents of the technical standard and answer questions;
5. before the commissioning of the project, for the technical bid in the project programme, acceptance methods and time nodes of the company’s project department commissioning after-sales team for training;

Be a key member of the Sales and Systems Design team in Spain, providing input and support to the Sales function with design, data analysis and presentation materials. Work with colleagues in Spain and Austria (and other European countries as required by each project) and develop your skills and knowledge as you progress.

Required profile:
Knowledge: Industrial/electrical/robotic engineer or graduate in mechatronics, mobile robotics.
Duties: Field technician to carry out start-ups, implementations and maintenance throughout Spain.
Experience: Not required, but valued
