Your responsibilities
Providing on-site or remote technical support for installation and commissioning of equipment and routine maintenance independently; he/she identifies technical problems and makes analysis through remote or on-site activity in different Service categories.
Consulting with and advising customers on the best service solutions in accordance with standard processes, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing specialist support and solutions.
Coordinating and executing specialist projects through planning, meeting milestones and regular reviews.
Identifying opportunities for the development of new service applications, equipment, and methods.
Frequent domestic travelling will be required, as the role will require hands-on support at customer sites. Very punctual international travelling might also be required for training purposes or special customers.

Your background
Electrical/Electronic engineering degree or Professional Module (FP2).
Sound knowledge (more than 2 years of experience) of and hands-on experience in servicing, maintaining, commissioning, and repairing ABB or other brand drives for all types of industries and applications.
Current car driving license (type B) valid in Spain as well as specific VISA/work permit for Spain.
Knowledge of AC/DC drives technology, industrial communications (Profibus, Ethernet, Modbus, industrial routers, cloud-based services, etc.) and remote monitoring and remote support systems.
Fluent in Spanish and good command of English, both written and spoken.
Proven leadership skills, with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
