Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) Software product specialist

Working in the Product Management Department team, you will be working with internal teams to maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction. In this role, you will perform various software products and services life cycle activities to assist in the development, launch, maintenance, and profitability of AMRs (Autonomous Mobile Robotics) related Software in Spain.

Your responsibilities
Helping to resolve customers’ issues with product specifications — which may involve visiting customer sites.
Identifying new SW (software) products development or enhancements and creating innovative solutions to meet customers’ needs.
Translation of customer and business needs into technical requirements that our SW development teams can easily develop.
Delivering training in new SW products to internal teams and customers.
Preparing price lists and quotes for review and approval.
Preparing reports on market, product and competitor activities for the SW products.
Mapping the backlog and roadmap management of software products, ensuring that they evolve according to market requirements, new technologies and customer needs.
Coordination and teamwork with software development, engineering, commercial, operations, etc. departments.
Working with others to define marketing plans and tools, while promoting sales activities.
Your background
Minimum 3 years of experience in software product management or digital services, with an academic background preferably in Engineering or Computer Science and experience in the application of product management techniques, as well as in the use of product cycle management tools (Confluence, DevOps, Jira, etc.).
Demonstrated experience of marketing and sales strategy.
Knowledge and experience of Agile and Design Thinking methodologies.
Analytical mindset, use of data for decision making, structure in work methodology, problem solving and prioritization skills.
A collaborative, solution-focused approach with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
High level of Spanish and English is required.
