Your duties will include:
• Commissioning of technically demanding, complex subsystems or complete installations
• Installation work and wiring of systems
• Production support and customer service after commissioning
• Conducting of acceptance test of installations
• Instruction of end users
• Check-up’s followed by reports, analyses and interpretations
• Passionate to contribute ideas and suggestions for technical enhancements (technology, organisation)
• Acting as contact person for our customers on site
We expect you to:
• Vocational education as an electronics, mechatronics, automation or electromechanical technician
• Ideally with further education in automation specialist (higher technical degree)
• Several years in a similar position (of successful field service would be ideal)
• Good knowledge of drive technology, network technology and ideally Beckhoff and/or Siemens control-lers
• Understanding of functional processes in material handling or related fields
• Good analytical thinking, good systems thinking and systematic way of working
• Willing to travel and be independent
• Reliable, resilient with good communication skills
• Good command of oral and written English language (other languages are welcome)
• Customer-friendly appearance
• Resourceful team player while also being effective independently
