Description

The Order Manager, also known as the Material Flow Manager, streamlines customer order management by addressing what orders are handled, how they are processed, and who executes them.

Order Types Our platform integrates seamlessly with ERP or WMS systems, directly receiving generated orders. A No-Code Editor translates complex instructions into actionable tasks. Additionally, users can manually create orders via the intuitive NAiSE Order Dashboard.

Order Management Once created, the Order Manager organizes orders in a material flow matrix:

Simple Transport Orders: Connect pick-up and drop-off points.
Holistic Orders: Define sources, sinks, and routes using cost-based optimization.
Task Assignment The system dynamically assigns tasks to:

Individual robots or robot groups.
Automated forklifts with terminals for receiving orders.
Robots automatically receive tasks, and forklifts receive instructions through their interfaces.

Insights and Analysis Advanced tools like Grafana and PowerBI provide:

Performance KPIs: Measure task efficiency.
Material Flow Analysis: Track real-time and historical tasks.
Anomaly Detection: Identify and resolve irregularities proactively.
The NAiSE Order Manager ensures efficient, conflict-free material flow, optimizing logistics operations.
