Duties:
– You will develop special machinery designs for the automation of industrial processes.
– Detailed design of mechanisms, calculations and dimensioning of drives (motors, gearboxes, etc.).
– Specification analysis and preparation of concepts.
Generation of documentation of manufacturing processes, assembly and bill of materials.
– You will carry out designs and exploded views of the projects proposed, being in constant communication with the Project Manager and suppliers.
– Follow-up of the assembly of the projects designed, as well as the verification of their operation, making modifications if necessary.
– Responsible for the design and selection of the necessary materials to meet the client’s requirements.
– Definition of lists of materials and production drawings.
– Analyse design problems and develop solutions to solve them.
– Keeping up to date with new manufacturing processes that may impact on the design or its improvement.
