👀 We are looking for a Business Process Analyst who will be responsible for implementing our Warehouse Management Solution (WMS), combining processes and technology to help our customers achieve high performance in their operations.

➡Key responsibilities:

✔Formulate requests to improve the design and architecture components of the applications.
✔Parameterisation and configuration of software.
✔Coordinate functional design activities.
✔Create functional requirements as a contribution to the enrichment of application functionalities
✔Test detailed functional designs for components and prototypes of the warehouse management solution
✔Supervise application build, test and deployment activities
✔Monitoring test planning and execution

➡Requirements

✔Education: Advanced Technician (preferably in Logistics and Transport/Application Development).
✔Experience (desirable in logistics, but not necessary.)
✔Logistics knowledge
XML and programming skills: desirable, but not required.
✔ Oracle / SQL Server database user level
Demonstrable ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving context.
✔Communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
✔Advanced level of English and/or French
✔Driving licence and own car
✔Availability to travel
