Element Logic, the largest AutoStore integrator in Spain, has signed an agreement with HSN, a Spanish company dedicated to the development, manufacturing and sale of natural diet, sports nutrition and healthy eating products, to implement one of the largest storage and picking solutions automated AutoStore of Southern Europe.
The new system, developed in collaboration with Inser Robotica as a partner of Element Logic, will be installed in the new logistics warehouse that HSN plans to build in CITAI (Industrial, Technological City and Innovation Area) in the Escúzar Industrial and Technological Park in Granada , and which will have 24,000 square meters on a total plot of 70,000 square meters.

In the first phase, the solution designed and implemented by Element Logic will include hundreds of next-generation robots, positioning HSN among the first companies worldwide to adopt this advanced system. Subsequently, an expansion of the system is planned for 2027.
In addition, the project will be equipped with other complementary systems, such as automatic box formers, conveyor lines, pick to light technology and automatic seamers. All of them will be controlled by Element Logic’s eManager software, which will allow the location of products, inventory, receipt of goods, returns management, replacements and picking to be monitored at all times.
