The adoption of ACSEP’s IzyPro WMS by La Pradera Online, the leader in exotic animal care and feeding marks a significant step forward in improving its logistics operations.
Founded in 2017 by Noelia Garcia, a veterinary graduate specialising in exotic animal care, La Pradera Online’s mission is to improve the welfare and feeding of rabbits and rodents in Spain. Working closely with veterinary clinics and animal shelters, the company has facilitated access to quality products and adapted solutions for these animals, promoting responsible coexistence and recognition of these small companions.
Before implementing the IzyPro WMS, La Pradera Online had developed its own software to carry out a large number of logistical operations, including stock control. However, the company was experiencing rapid growth and needed a more complete and standard solution that would allow it to evolve. All while maintaining its level of quality, flexibility and control.
‘The level of organisation of a company has a direct impact on the quality of service and the experience it offers its users,’ explains Noelia García, the foundater.
La Pradera Online contacted ACSEP on the advice of one of its suppliers. The first meetings took place at the end of 2022 and the decision to deploy the IzyPro EMS was taken in February 2023. On 16 May, less than 3 months later, it was installed and operational.
In SaaS mode, the IzyPro WMS offers the flexibility and robustness needed to structure growth and connect to other solutions, such as online sales software and loading stations.
With a catalogue that exceeds 1,500 references and 35,000 product ratings, La Pradera Online is positioned as a benchmark in its niche, providing a rapid response to its customers’ needs with more than 90% of orders delivered in less than 24 hours, thanks to IzyPro.
