Starting out selling radio components, Madrid HiFi has evolved towards the sale of sound equipment, musical instruments and lighting. With a consolidated presence in the online market and 7 physical shops in the centre of the capital, Madrid HiFi has positioned itself as a reference.
Madrid HiFi already had a WMS, but they were looking for a solution that would allow them to boost the company’s growth in a scalable way, reduce errors in their logistics operations and improve delivery times to meet the demands of an ever-changing market.
Madrid HiFi chose ACSEP for the service they offer, and specifically opted for IzyPro in the cloud because of the compelling SLA it offered. ‘With the implementation of IzyPro, Madrid HiFi expects to significantly improve productivity in its inbound and outbound processes,’ explains Jorge Rojas, the company’s general manager.
Currently, the company prepares an average of 500 orders per day and receives more than 300 different items daily. With a catalogue of 14,000 products in stock and 18 active users on the application, Madrid HiFi is confident that IzyPro will ‘give them the flexibility to better adapt to changing business needs and optimise their workflows more effectively’.
