Description

Automatic depalletizing of boxes and parcels.

Designed to automate product distribution processes in multi-reference product reception centers, our depalletizer integrates 3D artificial vision equipment and Artificial Intelligence algorithms to decide the most appropriate way to remove each box or package from the pallet.

The development of this product has focused on achieving high reliability and autonomy regardless of the type of product to be depalletized, achieving a decision making for each box as quickly as possible, optimizing each trajectory to the maximum and allowing the integration of robots of any brand, scope or load capacity.

It is applicable both to 100% heterogeneous depalletizing operations with random SKUs without predetermined position, and to the depalletizing of semi-structured assemblies with monoreference products.

It allows its configuration both with camera on board the robot, and with fixed camera, which allows greater productivity since photography and decision making is done while the robot is downloading the previous package.

It can be used as an isolated system, or be part of a fully automated line for the reception and distribution of boxes and packages.

In this video you can see our integrated demonstration cell on a collaborative robot Universal Robots receiving and depalletizing a pallet full of randomly mixed and stacked boxes.

For high cadences it is possible to configure the system to work with multiple cameras and multiple high-speed robotic arms.
